1. The affidavit dated 18th June, 2015 has been perused. The Court is of the view that the issue raised in the present petition is required to be examined and monitored on a constant basis by the Odisha State Legal Services Authority (OSLSA).

2. Consequently, a copy of the letter of the Petitioner along with the aforementioned affidavit shall be provided by the Registry to the Secretary, OSLSA for appropriate steps.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be delivered to the Member Secretary, OSLSA immediately for compliance.
