This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.06.2022 and also for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the first page of the order, the offence has wrongly mentioned as 'section 302 of the Indian Penal Code' instead of 'section 307 of the Indian Penal Code' and therefore, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application, it is ordered that in the first

// 2 // page of the order, offence under 'section 302 of the Indian Penal Code' shall be read as 'section 307 of the Indian Penal Code' and date of surrender as per the order dated 28.06.2022 is extended till 16.09.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner. The rest part of the order dated 28.06.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
