1. Heard Mr. A. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.N. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State.

2. It is submitted that the representation of the petitioners is pending consideration before the collector. Thus considering the limited grievance of the Petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector & District Magistrate, Khurda (Opposite Party No.2) to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 21st May, 2022 under Annexure-8 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. The petitioners are directed to furnish a copy of the writ petition along with the certified of copy of this order to the collector.
