By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 07.11.2016 under Annexure-1 issued by the Odisha Mining Corporation Limited directing the petitioner to deposit the dues towards District Mineral Foundation and National Mineral Exploration Trust. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided in an analogous matter, i.e. W.P.(C) No. 13115 of 2017 vide order dated 21.02.2022 and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the said writ petition, to which learned counsel for opposite parties have no objection.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the order dated 21.02.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 13115 of 2017.
