Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opp. Parties.

4. By way of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the Tahasildar, Jaleswar under Annexure-3. Since the said notice has been issued by directing the petitioner to file an objection, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

5. However, it is observed that if any such objection is filed within a period of seven days hence, the said Opp. Party shall consider and dispose of the proceeding in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks.

6. Till such a decision is taken by the said Opp. Party, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
