This writ petition involves an innocuous prayer for early disposal of the Encroachment Case No.336 of 2010 pending before the Tahasildar, Kujanga.

Considering the prayer made in this writ petition to be innocuous, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Kujanga to dispose of the Encroachment Case No.336 of 2010 involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
