The Petitioner having been implicated in Bandar Marine P.S. Case No.15 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.288 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 341/376(D)/506, IPC pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for has release on bail in the event of his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusation as to the role of this Petitioner as those

// 2 // emanate from the materials on record; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed. Interim order passed on 03.07.2020 stands vacated.
