Mr. D. Nayak, learned Senior Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the criminal revision with liberty to move appropriate application before the Court in seisin over the matter at the time of framing charge. It is also submitted that the petitioners are on bail, i.e., BLAPL No. 8503 of 2006 order passed by this Court. 3.

Considering the submissions as above, permission is granted with liberty as aforesaid. Further, having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, learned court below shall do well to admit the petitioner to regular bail on his appearance. The petitioner is directed to appear before the court below on or before 17th November, 2022 for the above purpose. Till such time, the NBW shall not be executed. 4.

The CRLREV is disposed of as withdrawn.
