This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Industrial (NISA) Case No.73 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.629 of 2020 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Angul for commission of alleged offences under sections 341/294/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.
In view of the available materials on record and
// 2 // specific overt-act alleged against petitioner, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to surrender and move for bail in the Courts below within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the Courts below in accordance with law and proviso to section 437(1) Cr.P.C. shall be taken into account at the time of adjudication of the bail application. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned. The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
