Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.13601 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 04.07.2022 but in 3rd line of paragraph-6 and 4th line of paragraph-7 the words have been wrongly mentioned as "Odisha State Housing Board" instead of "Housing and urban Development Department". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 3rd line of paragraph-6 and 4th line of paragraph-7 of the order dated 04.07.2022 it be mentioned as "Housing and urban Development Department" in place of "Odisha State Housing Board", rest part of the order remaining the same.
