This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this CMP seeks for a direction to set aside the order dated 9th May, 2022 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar in I.A. No.01 of 2022 (arising out of C.S. No.218 of 2014), whereby he refused to pass an ad-interim order of injunction with an observation that I.A. can be disposed on merit at the earliest opportunity.

In course of hearing, Mr. Satpathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that after filing of the CMP, the I.A. has already been heard and the matter is pending for delivery of the order. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court without delving into the merits of the CMP, disposes of the same with an observation that learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar before whom the matter is pending, shall do well to deliver the orders in I.A. No.01 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of seven days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
