This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in C.T Case No.1696 of 2022, pending on the files of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, arising out of Airport P.S.
Case No.109 of 2022, under Sections 341/323/324/307/392/506/34 of IPC and is in custody since 20.03.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 09.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this Stage. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court at a later stage, if so advised.
