This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following reliefs:- "The petitioner, therefore pray that your Lordship may be graciously pleased to issue "RULE NISI" calling upon the opp. parties to show cause why appropriate writ, order or direction shall not be issued, directing the opp. parties no.2 Sub-Registrar Panposh, Rourkela, Dist. Sundargarh to register the Sale Deed of the case land of the petitioner and if no cause is shown or insufficient cause is shown to make the Rule absolute.

And may further be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order or direction to opp. parties which the Hon'ble Court would deem fit and proper.

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner sas in duty bound shall ever pray."

In course of argument, Mr. Sarnagi, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo submits that the Petitioner does not went to press the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
