Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:- "Direct the Opp.Parties to transfer the Petitioner either at Bhubaneswar or Cuttack where the treatment of the disease Haemophilia (A) is available".

It is submitted that pursuant to the order of transfer passed under Annexure-7, though the Petitioner joined in his place of transfer, but because of the genuine problem, he wants posting at Cuttack or nearby places. 5.
Taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to make an appropriate application before the Opposite Party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today. It is observed that if any such
// 2 // application is filed within the aforesaid time, the Opposite Party No.2 shall take a decision on the same by taking a sympathetic view of the matter.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Biraja Prasanna Satapathy (Vacation Judge) Subrat
