Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. At the outset on the oral prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to implead the Appellate Authority as Opposite Party No.5 in Court today.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Petitioner humbly prays that your Lordship may be graciously pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any appropriate order / orders directing the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 to issue him official order being the senior most servitor to perform Deula Purohit seva with all emoluments and perquisites;
// 2 // (ii) And pass such other order / orders as this Hon'ble Court think fit and proper;
(iii) And for which kind act the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that being aggrieved with the order in Misc. Case No.18 of 2018, the Petitioner filed an appeal bearing Appeal Case No.2 of 2021 on 13.09.2021 before the Chairman and Members of the Appeal Sub-Committee of Shri Jagannath Temple managing committee of the office of the Lord Jagannath Temple, Puri- Opposite Party No.5. It is submitted that till today no progress has been made to the said appeal. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.5 to dispose of the appeal at an early date. 6.
In view of the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to Opposite Party No.5 to the dispose of the appeal i.e., Appeal Case No.2 of 2021 within a period of one month after giving opportunities of hearing to all the parties concerned.
