3. The petitioner in the writ petition has sought for a direction to the opposite parties to grant her the benefit of "Biju Pucca Ghar"/"Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana". 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to move the authority by applying in proper format for "Biju Pucca Ghar" and/or "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana" as per her entitlement. 5.

Learned AGA submits that if any such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered in accordance with law by the authority and the decision shall be taken in due time.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
