This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard Mr. K.A. Guru, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
The Present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:- "Direction/ directions to make fresh demarcation of the BDA Lands within a stipulated time period".

Taking into account the prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make an appropriate application before the Opposite Party No.2 within a period of seven days from today.

It is however observed that if such an application is made within the aforesaid time, the said Opposite Party No.2 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of two weeks thereafter. Till such a decision is taken on the claim of the Petitioner, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to produce the certified copy of the order before the Opposite Party No.2 along with the representation by 31.05.2022.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
