This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.13 of 2022, on the files of S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, arising out of Marsaghai P.S. Case No.3 of 2022, under Sections 302/201 of IPC and is in custody since 03.01.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara, by order dated 12.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the manner in which the offence has been committed the statement under Section 27, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. The same stands rejected. The learned Court may do well to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
