None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on last two occasions on 29.11.2022 and on 07.12.2022 and accordingly, one last chance was given to the petitioner but he has failed to avail such chance. Hence, the BLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
