It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.10071 of 2018 (State of Odisha v. Sipra Kumari Parida), which has been disposed of vide order dated 05.03.2020 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 10071 of 2018, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
