This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 2nd September, 2021 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.P. No. 31 of 2016, whereby an application under Order VI Rule 17 C.P.C. filed by him was rejected.

In course of argument, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if a direction is made for early disposal of C.P. No.31 of 2016.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court without interfering with the impugned order under Annexure-6 disposes of this writ petition with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files an application for early disposal of C.P. No. 31 of 2016 stating the grounds therein, when the matter becomes ready for hearing, learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall
