The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 19th May, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhubaneswar in C.S. No.1014 of 2022, whereby he rejected an application filed by the Petitioner under Section 80(2) of C.P.C.

On last occasion i.e. on 5th July, 2022, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter was called. Hence, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
