This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of the bail application by granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim and trial be expedited. 3.
In view of such prayer, this Court without adverting to the materials merit on record disposes the BLAPL by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court after examination of the victim. The learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and examine the victim at the earliest, if there is no legal impediment. 4.
The BLAPL is disposed of.
