Considering the grounds taken in the I.A., the prayer is allowed. The word "Opposite Party No.2" as reflected in 5th, 11th and 13th line of Para-6 of the order dated 17.08.2022 be treated as "Opposite Party No.1" instead of "Opposite Party No.2". 4.

Accordingly, the I.A is disposed of.
