This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioners have filed the writ petition challenging the order passed in O.P.L.E. Case No.72/7 of 2021-22.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though in the notice signed by the Tahasildar dated 23.05.2022, seven days were granted to vacate, the petitioners received the notice after two days on 25.05.2022. It is submitted that the notice period lapsed on 30.05.2022. It is further submitted that the petitioners shall challenge the order passed by the Tahasildar before the appellate authority along with a petition praying for interim relief.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of observing that the appellate authority shall consider the case of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders regarding the interim prayer at the earliest.
