This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 22.07.2006 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in G.R. Case No.234 of 2006 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/342/325/506/313/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner has sought for an adjournment. Since this matter is of the year 2007, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order but liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge and in that event, the trial court
// 2 // without being influenced by this order shall pass necessary order on the same.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

This order be communicated to the trial court forthwith. 8.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
