1. There is a statement made by Opposite Party No.3 under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that she went with the Petitioner of her own free will pursuant to a love affair. This has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.171 of 2009 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Bissamcuttack and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
