Learned counsel for the petitioners after advancing argument submits that the bail application may kindly be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after examination of the injured within a reasonable time. 3.

In view of such submissions, the bail application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after examination of the injured and the Court in seisin of the case is requested to take sincere step to examine the injured at the first instance.
