Having regard to the submissions made and the materials on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. It is however open to the petitioner to surrender before the Courts below and move for bail, which shall be considered on its own merit having due regard to the principle of parity in view of the fact that other co-accused persons have been granted benefit under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. 4.

CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
