2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
3.
The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2022 in connection with Chhendipada P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 345 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chhendipada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/323/307/354-B/506/34 of IPC. 4.
Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature coupled with the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has been in custody for more than five months by now, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin
over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the IIC of Chhendipada P.S on every Sunday at 10.00 A.M. for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the IIC of the concerned Court once in a month. He shall also appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default necessary order shall be passed to take him into custody again.
5.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
