Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received the case diary but in order to apprise this Court about the query which has been made as per the order dated 02.11.2022, the presence of the Investigating Officer is very much necessary and the Inspector incharge of Vikrampur police station is the Investigating Officer in the case.

In view of such submission, list this matter on 22.11.2022.

The Inspector in-charge of Vikrampur police station shall remain present in person on that date.
