This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Gunupur P.S. Case No.101 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 192 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Gunupur for commission of alleged offences under sections 341, 323 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was registered under sections 341,

// 2 // 323 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code, which are bailable in nature and therefore, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of as not maintainable.
