2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with further prayer to direct the court below to expedite the trial since the Petitioner has been languishing in jail custody from 8th October, 2020.

3. Considering the submissions as above, permission is granted. Further, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of eight months.
