This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Earlier bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn with liberty given to move a fresh bail application before the court below after examination of the victim girl by order dated 23.02.2022. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has not yet been concluded so far. Hence, the successive bail application has been filed by the petitioner. 4.

Let the file be placed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who shall call for the status report from the Court concerned i.e. learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi in G.R. Case No.50 of 2021 along with the deposition copies of the witnesses examined so far in the learned trial Court through e-mail and the status report along with the copies of deposition shall be furnished through e-mail so as to reach this Court on or before 2nd of September 2022.
