This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.190 of 2021(A), pending on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Berhampur arising out of Digapahandi P.S. Case No.26 of 2021, under Sections 147/148/323/336/450/302/149 of the IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Berhampur, by order dated 25.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dated 02.02.2022 in BLAPL No.9747, 10455 of 2021 and in order dated 11.02.2022 in BLAPL No.1087 and 1462 of 2022 and order dated 10.02.2022 in BLAPL No.10561 of 2021, considering that prima facie the petitioner is similarly circumstanced, this Court directs the

petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
