ORDER
14.3.2022 Order No.
09.
1.
Heard Mr. A. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. B. Sahu, learned Central Government Counsel for NCB. 2.
This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner Pratap Singh in connection with NCB Crime No.02/NCB/BBSR/2019 corresponding to 2(a)CC No.4 of 2019(N) pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chhatrapur, Ganjam for alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii(c)/28/29 of NDPS Act.
3.
Upon hearing both parties I do not see any ground to release the Petitioner on bail by differing from earlier order dated 4th January, 2021 of this court. Accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. 4.
However, as prayed on behalf of the Petitioner, learned trial court is directed to take steps for expeditious completion of trial. 5.
An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. ( B.P. Routray) Judge M.K.Panda
