Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 1113 of 2020 arising out of Purighat P.S. Case No. 196 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Sadar, Cuttack for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/306/406/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and being cognizant of the fact that charge sheet has already been filed inter alia, under Section 306 of the I.P.C. and the role ascribed to the petitioners, both of them being ladies, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
