Mr. Choudhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. On 24th June, 2022 following order was made.
"1.Mr. Chaudhury, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients had availed credit facility from the Branch of State Bank of India at Sambalpur. The account was settled. He draws attention to 'No Dues Certificate' dated 10th December, 2021 to demonstrate closure of the account. He submits, the bank thereafter has refused to return the security documents. Hence, his clients are in Court.
2. Issue notice along with this order on opposite party by registered/speed post with AD. Petitioners will put in requisites.
3. List on 15th July, 2022."

Mr. Kar, learned advocate appears on behalf of bank and submits, petitioners may approach the branch tomorrow (26th July, 2022) for return
// 2 // of their documents. They were with the Presiding Officer in the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). The branch has since obtained the documents from the DRT on closure of the account.

Petitioners will approach the concerned Branch Manager on 27th July, 2022 at 11:00am. for obtaining return of their documents. The concerned branch will deliver the security documents in respect of the closed account to petitioners on compliance of their requisite formalities. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of.
