This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.73 of 2017, corresponding to Vigilance G.R. Case No.33 of 2017, pending in the Court of Special Judge (Vigilance), Sambalpur.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court, if charge sheet filed in connection with the aforesaid case.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
