From the nature of request involved herein and also the request in Annexure-5, this Court finds, there is no possibility of granting of mandatory injunction in such matter in exercise of power under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India. The Petitioners, if have any objection in the registration of any instrument, it may be open to the Petitioners to raise such objection at the time of registration.
