Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 4th April, 2022 (Annexure-8) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in CRP Execution Case No.21 of 2021. 4.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served if the Petitioner moves the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack for variation of the order impugned herein. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.
