Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Turekala P.S. Case No.90 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.203 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantabanji for alleged commission of offences under sections 186/188/341/294/323/353/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the FIR.
It is a case of assault on public servants on duty and in view of the nature and gravity of accusation, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, I direct
// 2 // that in the event the petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned Court below, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously by the learned Courts below in accordance with law. The case records shall be made available to the Courts concerned.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
