This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioners with the following prayer:
"It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to i) direct the opp. parties to provide one time financial assistance instead of regular job under Rehabilitation Assistance as per the decision of the Govt. of Odisha in Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment Department circulated vide letter dated 7.2.2019 under Annexure-5 as well as the approval of the Board of Directors in their meeting dated 30.09.2019 vide Annexure-6 within a stipulated period;
ii) Pass such other other(s)direction(s) as would be deem fit and proper in the bonafide interest of justice."
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that ventilating their he has submitted a representation before the Managing Director,
// 2 // Odisha State Seeds Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.2, dated 18.11.2021 under Annexure-7 , which according to the Petitioners is pending before the Authority for consideration.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Managing Director, Odisha State Seeds Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 18.11.2021 (Annexure-7) taking into account Annexures-5 and 6 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
