This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. This Court by an order passed on 21.09.2022 as directed the petitioner to file requisite for issuance of notice in pursuance to order passed by this Court on 23.12.2019 within three working days but the petitioner has not complied the direction passed by this Court on 23.12.2019 and 21.09.2022.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
