The Petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.42 of 2021 arising out of Mohana P.S. Case No. 45 of 2021 on the file of learned Special Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi for the alleged commission of offence under 20(b)(ii)(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi by order dated 24.03.2021, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the quantity of contraband seized, manner of seizure and the role

ascribed to the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

The BLAPL is accordingly, dismissed.
