1. The grievances of the Petitioner, who is appearing in person in virtual mode, are two-fold; one is regarding the weight of the school bag to be carried by School children. On this, there are a set of guidelines already issued during the pendency of this petition. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by any specific instance where such guidelines have not been implemented, it will be open to the Petitioner first take up such instances with the authorities and then after following upon on such representation to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

2. The second grievance is about the curriculum, which according to him, should be in line with the NCERT curriculum. Here again there have been changes brought in the State's policy and those have to be

accounted for by the Petitioner. Therefore, if the Petitioner requires any further changes, he should first approach the authority and after following upon such representation to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
