This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody connection with Buguda P.S. Case No.275 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. Case No.58 of 2018 arising out of G.R. Case No.262 of 2017 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar for alleged commission of offence under Section-498-A/304-B/302/406/506/34 of the IPC read with Section-4 of the D.P. Act, in filing this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the earlier orders as well as the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the circumstances; this Court
// 2 // is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner. It is however observed that the Trial Court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for early conclusion of the trial.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
