This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Special G.R. Case No.41 of 2022, pending on the files of learned Special Court under POCSO Act, Puri, arising out of Seabeach P.S. Case No.82 of 2022, under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 4 of POCSO Act and is in custody since 18.04.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District Judge-cum Special Court under POCSO Act, Puri, by order dated 24.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the 164 statement placed by the learned counsel for the State and considering the tenor of the same, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
