This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 153 of 2018 arising out of Bhadrak Town P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-302 of the I.P.C read with Section-30 of Arms Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhadrak by Order dtd. 20.05.2022 in S.T. No. 153 of 2018, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the report submitted by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak clearly stating that during the course of
trial, the Court " found the accused standing in the dock to be a rational person."

Considering the same and taking into account the commencement of trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage and the same is dismissed. 7.
The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 8.
