This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No.23 of 2019, on the files of learned Additional District Judge cum Special Judge, Bhadrak, arising out of Chandbali P.S.
Case No.68 of under Sections 294/323/376(3)/506 and 34 of the IPC and under Section 6 of POCSO Act and is in custody since 06.05.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned ADJ-cum-Spl. Judge Bhadrak, by order dated 23.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and the medical examination report.

Considering the tenor of the 164 statement, and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court
directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
